• Identity and contact details — your name, email address, phone number and preferred contact method.
• Property preferences — the areas, budget, size and type of property you are interested in.
• Enquiry content — messages, viewing requests and notes you share with us.
• For transactions — where you proceed with a purchase, sale or lease, identity documents required by law (for example passport or Emirates ID) and related transaction details.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you use the website — device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the pages you view — through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).

We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis under the PDPL, namely to perform or take steps towards a service you request, to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, for our legitimate business interests, or with your consent. Specifically we use it to:

• Respond to your enquiries and arrange private viewings.
• Match you with properties that fit your stated requirements.
• Facilitate and administer a purchase, sale or lease you have asked us to handle.
• Send you relevant opportunities and updates where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Comply with our obligations as a RERA-licensed broker, including anti-money-laundering and record-keeping requirements.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or misuse. Documents and records are stored on access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and made available only to advisors and staff who need them to serve you. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to deliver a service you have requested or where we are legally required to, for example:

• With developers, landlords, buyers, sellers or their representatives, strictly to progress a transaction you are party to.
• With professional advisers such as conveyancers, valuers or legal representatives involved in your transaction.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, and for the periods required by UAE law (including brokerage and anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations). When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Subject to the PDPL, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
